Permission is also sought for a 10MVA/38kV substation with a maximum height of c.4.5m and gfa of 173m2, substation maintenance access, heat recovery infrastructure, carpark area with c. 57no. carspaces including 3no. accessible car spaces, and 24 no. EV car parking spaces with charge points. A total of 48no. covered bicycle spaces are also proposed. Permission is also sought for all landscaping (including biodiversity area), drainage, waste storage area, internal and external accessways. The development will be completed within five years of the date of the permission being sought.
