The proposed development also includes: (iii) the construction of 9 no. commercial units (totalling 593.2 sq.m.) and 6 No. communal units (totalling 315.1 sqm) all of which are located at the ground floor levels of apartment blocks HS1, HC1, HC2, HC3, HN1 and FP1).
