Unit 2: 88.9sqm (net) and Unit 3: 76.5sqm (net). Block 6 - Creche (84sqm) & 2 no. Office Units (347sqm), Block 7 - Café (237 sqm gross floor area), Block 8 - 4 no. Convenience Retail Units (gross floor area 441sqm) - Unit 1: 67.7sqm (net), Unit 2: 71.6sqm (net), Unit 3: 88.3sqm (net) and Unit 4: 67.8sqm (net).
