The proposed shed will have a maximum overall height of 7.35m, width of 20m and length of 28.8m and include a 4m concrete hardstanding apron around the shed, - the provision of drainage equipment on the subject site, - the installation of a drainage pond and associated works, - access road linking shed to existing minor road, all other ancillary works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and accompanies the planning application
