Ref.: 319625-24 and will consist of the following: Revision and relocation of the permitted creche to provide a new 2-storey creche (measuring c.291 sq.m and providing up to 50 child spaces) with associated car parking, open space and landscaping. Associated, revised residential layout to provide 23 no. houses (17 no. 3-bed, and 6 no. 4-bed) in place of permitted 25 no. houses (17 no. 3- bed, and 8 no. four bed). The erection of 1 no. wooden, triple-end poles (c. 14m in height) and a Steel Mast (c.12 metres in height, and 13m to the tip) and removal of the existing wooden portal at this location is to be removed. This is to facilitate the undergrounding of the existing, overhead ESB line (38 kv) across the permitted development in line with condition 19 of KCC Reg. Ref. 2360485/ ABP Reg. Ref.: 319625-24.
