Their proposed amendments were (a)alterations to the design of the roof so as to provide for habitable accommodation (for additional bedroom (no.4), ensuite shower,wc, linen press,stairs in each house) (b) gable windows (obscure glass) and dormer windows (combined) facing Bennettsbridge Road (c) amendments to the pattern of windows on the front and side elevations (d) canopy over the front doors (e) ground floor only extension to the side and rear of the southern unit and to the rear of the northern unit (f) improvements to the design of the forecourt areas and associated site works. Kilkenny County Council made a Decision to Grant Permission. A third party appeal was made to An Bord Pleanala - which made an Order (Ref.ABP-302425-18) dated the 18th January 2019 to Grant Permission for the proposed amendments. It is the intention of Ms Sarah Wallace and Ms Frances Wallace to proceed with the development of the property in line with the An Bord Pleanala Orders.
