This is an existing Lower Tier Seveso site, and the development consists of modifications to an establishment within the meaning of the European Communities Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations. The site operates under an Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) licence
