A new waste water treatment system and percolation are is also proposed along with landscaping and boundary treatment, including refurbishment and conservation of sections of existing stone wall boundary, and all associated site development works. The development works will be monitored and inspected by a suitably qualified Conservation Architect. The development also consists of the retention of gravelled access driveway providing access to the complex buildings from the public road.
