The modification works include retention and completion of the 1.5 storey extension to the rear (west) of the structure and build-up of external walls. Proposed refurbishment and conservation works to the existing structure to include new external finish comprising a lime-based harling similar to original finishes, new timber windows and doors and new roof in traditional slate.
