The total gross floor area of the development is 28,564 sq.m. Access to the development will be from a proposed roundabout on the New Nangor Road. The application also includes associated external works, landscaping, 3 no. substations and assoicated switch rooms. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was submitted to the Planning Authority with the Planning Application.
