The development layout comprises 5 blocks as follows: Block A ranges in height from 3, 4 & 5 storeys and comprises 5 three-bed apartments, 30 two-bed apartments and 6 one-bed apartments with crèche (506 sq.m.) located at ground floor level; Block B ranges in height from 1,3, 4, 5 & 6 storeys and comprises 31 three bed units (including 10 town houses), 50 two-bed units (including 12 town houses), 1 one-bed apartment with retail unit (622 sq.m.) located at ground floor level; Block C ranges in height from 1,5, 6 & 7 storeys and comprises, 66 two-bed apartments and 8 one-bed apartments with 7 retail units (597 sq.m.), medical centre (340 sq.m.), Arts Centre/Theatre and ancillary facilities (852 m.) located at ground floor level; Block D ranges in height from 1,4, 5, 6 & 7 storeys and comprises 9 three-bed apartments, 2 two-bedroom town houses, 66 two- bed apartments and 7 one-bed apartments with 4 retail units (738 sq.m.) located at ground floor level. Block E ranges in height from 3 to 4 storeys and comprises 4 three-bed apartment, 27 two-bed apartments and 10 one-bed apartments. All apartments have balconies or roof terraces at upper floor level: all on site of approx. 2.3858ha bounded to the north by the New Nangor Road, to the west by Millpark, to the south by the Old Nangor Road and Beech Row. Service commercial access is located from Nangor Road while residential access is from Old Nangor Road. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Statement.
