SD02A/0397: Alterations to the Food Court Area at first floor level. These alterations include building an extension of 172 sq.m. at first floor level (adjacent to main entrance) so as to create a new restaurant of 220 sq.m. by incorporating part of the common seating area in the existing Food Court into the new restaurant. This new extension will provide a glazed elevation at first floor level to the centre. In addition a new common seating area of 470 sq.m. at first floor level located in the fallow area to the south of central atrium so as to increase seating capacity for the food court area. A new fire escape and stairwell to ground level at rear of this new seating area is also proposed.
