On receipt of Additional Information the proposal has changed as follows: New position for the proposed substation approx. 5 metres north east of the originally proposed location and the generator relocated approx. 50 metres from the eastern car park to this same location. The substation and generator will now form part of the podium of the building and will be accessed externally at ground level. This configurations has necessitated minor revisions to the disabled access ramp.
