Video Shop to retail; the change of use of existing proposed 147sq.m. Dentist Surgery to retail; the change of use of existing proposed 169sq.m. Doctor's Surgery to retail; new proposed toilets to rear of existing proposed Public House and new proposed stairs and lifts on Ground Floor Level. 2. A new proposed mezzanine level consisting of 188sq.m. new proposed Cafe and 82sq.m. new proposed plant room. 3. The replacement of 2 no. 1-bed apartments, 5 no. 2-bed apartments and 1 no. 3-bed apartment with 3 no. 1-bed apartments, 5 no. 2-bed apartments and 1 no. 3-bed apartment. The replacement of existing proposed 328sq.m. creche unit 1 and existing proposed 253sq.m creche unit 2 with new proposed 537sq.m. single creche unit at first floor level. 4. The replacement of 3 no. 1-bed apartments, 4 no. 2-bed apartments and 1 no. 3-bed apartment with 3 no. 1 bed apartments, 6 no. 2 bed apartments and 1 no 3-bed apartment at second floor level. 5. New proposed stairs to roof level, additional 53sq.m. of roof plant area. A new proposed tower over apartment No. 27 and a new proposed lift overrun to the west facade at sixth floor level. 9. New proposed lifts to basement level -2 and existing proposed stair and lift omitted at level -1. New proposed lift, stair and 329sq.m. storage room, existing proposed stairs omitted at level -2. Existing proposed bin store, storage room, stair and lift omitted. New proposed 375sq.m. storage room and 975sq.m. storage room at level -3. 10. A new proposed fire escape stairs D5 from first floor retail unit 1, new proposed lift D10 serving ground to first floor of retail unit 1, reorganisation of entrance of Stair D6 from south to west elevation, an increase in area of retail unit 1 by 212sq.m., an increase in area of retail unit 2 by 15sq.m. An additional 49sq.m. plant room to approved plant room, a new proposed 100sq.m. plant area to south west corner of roof to Block D. Elevation changes to north elevation to include new exit D7, revised ground floor glazing, new windows to apartments to second, third and fourth floor, elevation changes to south elevation consisting of revised ground floor elevation, elevation changes to east elevation to include ground floor stair and changes to window openings and sizes to apartments, elevation changes to west elevation to include revised ground floor elevation.
