For site safety purposes the provision of sprinkler tank of c.737m3 and associated water tank pump room of 75sq.m is proposed. Also included are ancillary site works for connection to existing Grange Castle infrastructural services as well as fencing, signage, perimeter services road around the building, 60 car parking spaces (including 5 universal accessible car parking spaces) and 18 bicycle spaces. The site perimeter will be enclosed with berming and landscaping to the frontage onto Technology Park Road and the New Nangor Road. All of the above for the sole use of Microsoft Operations Ireland Ltd. An EIS (Environomental Impact Statement) has been submitted with this application.
