(B) Planning permission is also sought from South Dublin County Council for the retention and completion of the basement level car park deck below the existing multi-storey car park providing a total of 116 basement parking spaces: the full car parking provision of the overall development is 389 spaces [including the existing and retained multi-storey car park].
