This upgrade will consist of retention of an increase in height of the pre-existing reinforced concrete wall in order to raise the wall around the east, west and rear elevations to a uniform height of 2.64m, and permission for the construction of a single skin cladded roof to cover this storage area of 170sq.m, construction of single skin cladded sides from the top of the reinforced concrete walls at the east, west and rear elevations to the roof. The enclosure will remain open at the front elevation. The covered area will slope from a height of 6.49m at the front elevation to a height of 3.92m at the rear elevation. The activity being carried out at the site is one that requires an Industrial Emissions Licence from the EPA.
