SDZ07A/0005: Retention and completion of 1 three storey, four bedroom house to the northwestern corner of the permitted Block 80 (located in Castlegate Vale as permitted under planning Reg. ref. SDZ06A/6) - the house is being proposed in response to the terms of Condition 18(c) of planning Reg. Ref. SDZ06A/6 which sought to provide a greater sense of enclosure to the courtyard of Castlegate Vale. Permission is also being sought for the retention and completion of 2no. c.757sq.m., c.2.4m high ESB substations (c. 15sq.m. in total) on Castlegate Court and Castlegate Lawn (permitted under planning Reg.
