A separate 6.5m2 extension in the courtyard to replace the en-suite toilets off existing classroom No 1 which will be converted into an assisted toilet.3) Demolish a 6.5m2 external store and covered shelter. 4) Connect to the existing drainage and adjust as necessary and 5) All associated site works including internal alterations and site works.
