Planning permission to change the external finish of the existing structure from timber effect cladding to a render finish with stone-cladded plinth. Planning permission is sought to extend the existing timber-framed dwelling house with the addition of a stable block to the north-east side. Planning permission is sought for a change of use of the existing derelict house on site to provide for a tack room and storage shed to serve the proposed stable block. Planning permission is also sought for all associated site development works.
