Construction of a mixed use development consisting of 6 residential units, commercial (office) space, retail space and 6 private car parking spaces. The unit along the front of Mn St extending from the junction of Mn St along the frontage of Fatima Terrace will comprise of a retail space with associated shopfront signage at ground floor level & commercial space at 1st floor level. Access to the retail and commercial spaces are provided via 2 individual pedestrian entrancess off Mn St and 1 shared pedestrian entrance off Fatima Terrace. The 6 residential units comprise 3 no three storey infill terrace units along Fatima Terrace with pedestrian entrances directly off Fatima Terrace and 3 terrace units to rear of site with pedestrian entrancess off a shared open space courtyard with gated maintenance vehicular/pedestrian access from Fatima Terrace. Private open space for the residential units is provided through the use of private balconies / terraces and private rear gardens. The ground floor building lines of the 3 residential units fronting onto Fatima Terrace will be set back from the site boundary to allow for a footpath extending on from the existing footpath in front of 5-6 Hudson Terrace, with the second floor level also set back to provide roof terraces. The 6 car parking spaces for res use are accessed via the existing vehicular right of way access off Fatima Terrace adjacent 6 Hudson Terrace with secondary pedestrian access to the rear private gardens of res units 4-6. A proposed additional pedestrian access to the private rear garden of no 6 is provided off an existing access laneway which in turn is accessed off Mn st, 6 single storey external sheds are provided for each residential unit adjacent to the 6 no car parking spaces to rear. Secure cycle parking for 10 bicycles will be provided within the shared open space courtyard, connection to mains services & assoc site works
