Planning permission for revisions to a previously granted planning reference number 16/111. Revisions include the demolition of an existing storage shed to the rear of existing storey and a half type dwelling and the construction of a single storey domestic extension to the rear of existing storey and a half type dwelling which includes a revised roof design, alterations to exterior elevations, minor internal alterations, and all ancillary site works.
