Planning precedent report

The revision and completion of a housing development previously granted under permission 06/991, revised under permission 07/894 and extended in duration under permission 12/250, of which 10 No. units have been constructed and the access road part completed. A special needs home has also been constructed under permission 12/227. The proposed development comprises 1 No. 3-bed and 6 No. 4-bed, 2 storey detached houses, extension of the existing access road, connection to existing services and all associated hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment and site works.
