To construct a part single storey, part two storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling house, external changes to existing openings, change of use from existing attached garage to domestic use, construct a new detached garage, upgrade existing septic tank & percolation area, use of existing well, upgrade existing entrance and all associated site works

The replacement of the existing derelict house in accordance with CCDP policy 3.1.16.11. The proposed development includes 1) the construction of a replacement Single-Storey dwelling, 2) derelict dwelling to be repurposed as domestic use, 3) Agricultural sheds to be demolished 4) Upgrade and widening of existing entrance 5) new wastewater treatment system, bored well and all associated site development works

Retention for (1) Excavation to rear of existing buildings. (2) Change of use of agricultural shed to commercial building for the manufacture of furniture and permission to construct a retaining wall around excavated area for parking and all associated site works
