To (a) retain the removal of roadside hedgerow and PERMISSION to (b) remove the unauthorised entrance and part of existing unauthorised driveway (c) form a new entrance onto public road and erect new piers, wing walls and roadside boundary together with 4m layby (d) remove/block up the original entrance to the property together with all associated walls, piers etc. (e) carry out all associated site works

Demolition of existing wall to the external yard area to the front of the building and the construction of an increased external animal pen area to the front of the building, to include a new wall to the sides and new metal sloping roof over, there are no alterations to the existing building or the existing building services or drainage installations

To construct a 4 bed type Bungalow,Domestic Garage, To upgrade existing entrance on the main road to access a laneway leading to a new proposed private entrance to access proposed site also new BAF Sewage Treatment System with percolation area and with all ancillary site works.
