For the erection of 22 No. 5m in height LED lighting poles at 25m centres and 8 No. 875mm in height LED Bollards at 10m centres and all ancillary works around our existing walking/running track

Construct one and a half storey dwelling, attached domestic carport and garage, new entrance piers, effluent treatment system, percolation area and associated site works

For the upgrade of the Blacklion Wastewater Treatment Plant and will generally comprise the following: construction of an new inlet works with an automatic screen, construction of a combined storm water holding and balancing tank complete with cleaning system and access stairs; construction of 150m2 new sludge drying reed beds complete with pumping station; construction of control kiosk and odour control unit; demolition of 4 no. sludge drying beds; and all ancillary site development works including hard and soft landscaping

For 1 no. two-storey detached dwelling on infill site, connection to existing services and completion of site development work to existing service road with the provision of new turning circle, completion of road, footpaths, green space, landscaping and associated site works

To construct a roofed smoking area structure within external courtyard, amend existing fire escape stairs layout and all associated works

To retain and continue works involving alterations to previously approved plans and elevations of extension to rear (previous reg. 16/499)
