To erect part 2 storey/ part single storey extension to side of existing dressing rooms building, connection to existing services, relocation of existing storage building within the site, demolish existing separate storage building, associated alterations to floor plans and elevations of existing dressing rooms building, alterations to car-parking layout and all associated and ancillary works at Knockroe, Redhills, Co. Cavan. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

For a single storey extension to the front of the existing two storey dwelling, to construct pitched roofs to replace the flat roofs to the front and east side of the existing dwelling, use existing domestic entrance and all ancillary site works

To construct a new single storey dwelling house, form new combined site access onto existing access laneway, installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works
