For development at this site in the townlands of Ballyvonnavaum TD, Coolshamroge TD, Cloonmore TD, Deerpark TD, and Manusmore TD, Ennis, Co Clare. The development will consist of planning permission for a period of 10 years to construct and complete a Solar PV Energy development with a total site area of 27.34 hectares, to include inverter station modules, solar PV panels ground mounted on support structures, internal access tracks, security fencing, electrical cabling and ducting, CCTV and other ancillary infrastructure, drainage, additional landscaping and habitat enhancement as required and associated site development works including works relating to the access to the site. The solar farm would be operational for 35 years. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect to the application for planning permission

To RETAIN increased number of children enrolled at MaryK's Childcare, Preschool and Montessori facility. This application is necessary to facilitate significant changes in childcare including the addition of education, inclusion and access to the childcare model system since planning PERMISSION was previously granted, including hours of operation and all associated works
