Planning permission for a two storey side extension to the existing Child & Family Agency building within the grounds of St. Dympna's Hospital to accommodate consultation & office space. 18 No. additional car parking spaces, 14 No. bicycle parking spaces, and all associated site & development works at St. Dympna's Hospital Campus, Athy Road, Carlow. The proposed works are located within the curtilage of St. Dympna's Hospital (Athy Road) which is a Protected Structure (NIAH 1000751 / RPS CT25) and within the curtilage of The Gate Lodge, St. Dympna's Hospital which is a Protected Structure (NIAH 1000752 / RPS CT31)

The construction of 5 No. detached two storey dwellings with separate entrances, connection to services, associated boundary treatments and all associated site works
