Construct storey and a half style dwelling, detached domestic garage, install proprietary effluent treatment unit and percolation and form new entrance from public road together with all associated site works

For changes made to dwelling from previous planning reference no. 08454 to include (A) at first floor (i) 1 no. ensuite bedroom with dressing room (ii) landing, (iii) playroom / TV area, (iv) 2 no. dormer windows to front elevation (north east elevation). (B) changes to elevations to include (i) change of front facade from stone to smooth plaster finish.(ii) brick open porch. (iii) removal of arch over front door. (iv) changes to windows (v) Addition of 3 no rooflight to rear rooflights. (C) (i) location of treatment system & percolation area. (D) entrance location (E) site boundaries and (F) boat store.
