Reduced site boundaries to that shown on the original retention planning application, No 09/436. Construct a new clay ditch, 0.8 m high and set back 3m from the edge of the existing roadside boundary to the front roadside boundary in Lieu of the stone wall required under condition 6, (a) of planning reference No. P.09/436

For the continuance of use of existing telecommunications infrastructure (previously granted under planning permission ref: 09/348 for a temporary 10 year period) comprising of; a 30m high multi-operator antenna support structure with antenna and dishes attached, and associated equipment and cabinets contained within a fenced compound. Planning Permission is also sought for new additional antennas and dishes, associated equipment and cabinet at Coillte, Tullyskeherny, Rossinver, Co Leitrim. The development will continue to form part of the existing GSM, 3G and 4G Broadband Networks well as providing infrastructure in support of local wireless Broadband Networks

The refurbishment and extension of an existing out-building (within curtilage of protected structure 30804003). The works will comprise refurbishment of the existing structure (25.3m2) to include thermal & fabric upgrades, window replacement, roof finish replacement, new roof windows, revised openings to East elevation, internal alterations, a single storey extension (17.1m2) and ancillary site works for use as a Parish Hall

1. To construct a campervan/caravan/camping site consisting of 5no. serviced camper/caravan pitches and 5no. tent pitches. 2. To construct a single storey camp site amenity building 3. To construct a single storey recreation and storage building 4. To construct a sauna, fire pit seating area and other recreational amenities 5. To widen and improve the existing vehicular and pedestrian site entrance 6. To connect to the existing public foul sewer mains together with all ancillary works.

(a) demolish 10m2 of existing cottage, (b) add a 2 storey extension to the existing cottage; (c) move existing septic tank 4m west current location; (d) install a gravity fed soil polishing filter, (e) all other site development work; (e) retention permission for the existing Bord na Mona Peat modules; (f) in accordance with the provision of section 177(6) of the planning and development act 2000 (as amended), an NIS (Natura Impact Statement) will be submitted to the planning Authority in connection with this application

Extend duration of planning permission P.15/44 for a period of 5 years
