The development will consist of; (i) Construction of a new single storey Primary School (1,318m2), new internal road with set-down area and car parking, covered bicycle parking and entrance gate, new site boundaries, hard play area, landscaping and all associated site works on a site area of 1.94 acres, (ii) new site entrance from Bealach Bri, (iii) new bus set down, adjacent to new entrance, on Bealach Bri and associated road works at the junction of the proposed site entrance, (iv) Removal of 5no existing temporary prefabricated classrooms granted planning under 16/301 and RETENTION of pre-school modular cabin granted planning under 17/296

To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning for P16/301 for the Installation of a 2 Classroom Portacabin with toilet facilities including connection to public services and to erect new perimeter fencing on 2 sides of same and for RETENTION permission for the installation of existing Resource Room Portacabin on site including ancillary site works

For the construction of a single storey extension to the existing dwelling, together with all associated ancillary and incidental site works

Of a shed, garage and extensions to the front and rear of the dwelling house (previously granted planning under P8-18144)

For the development which will consist of a 2 storey Community Care Centre, new vehicular entrance, ESB substation, roof mounted PV panels, associated signage (and potentially illuminated signage) and all associated siteworks

For development which will consist of the demolition of the flat roofed annex and the addition of extensions to south-east and north-east, a new external porch to front of dwelling, and demolition of the two gate pillars to either side of driveway entrance, along with associated site works above and below ground
