Site planning risk brief

Consists of works located within the existing substation and will comprise: (1) demolition of an existing 20.6 sq.m. single-storey control building and provision of a new 38 sq.m. single-storey modular control building; (2) removal of an existing 9 m high tower mast and provision of a new 13.2m high end mast to support existing overhead lines: (3) removal of items of electrical plant; (4) installation of a new items of electrical plant including: a 38kV busbar extension, a 38kV bunded transformer, earth resistor, LBFM switch, a 20kV busbar, and bunded interface transformer; (5) modification of overhead lines within the station including retirement of a number of low voltage lines and installation of new 20kV and 38kV lines; (6) removal of the existing post and wire fence and gates and provision of a 2.6m high palisade fence and gates; and (7) ancillary site clearance and development works including provision of underground services and cables.

Permission for upgrading of the existing wastewater treatment system to include a new final effluent pump station after the existing waste water treatment unit and to install a soil polishing filter and associated site works and Retention of a) dwelling as constructed (change of plan to that permitted under Planning Reference No. 02/4202, b) Retention of a detached domestic workshop/garden store building and c) all ancillary works.
