The development will consist of the construction of a rear dormer structure at attic level of the existing 2 storey mid terrace dwelling to form a new bedroom space with ensuite. The dvelopment will include all assoicated internal alterions to allow for internal attic access and all associated site and drainage works.

PERMISSION: For the following development; removal of single storey roof, replace with new roof with glazed link to proposed change of use of existing domestic store to habitable space with associated works.

A first floor storage area over the existing ground floor property and all other associated site works and services.

RETENTION & PERMISSION: Permission is sought for retention of minor departures from approved plans at dwelling (DCC Plan Ref: 2960/16, An Bord Pleanala Ref: PL29S.246883) and for completion of brick finish to west elevation, at the 2-storey, one-bedroomed, detached dwelling 16 Cullenswood Park, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, D06 F6Y3.. The modifications include minor increase in height and length, minor re-positioning of dwelling westward, minor revisions to floor plans, fenestration, garden boundaries and brick-finish.
