At basement -2 level, provision is made for bicycle storage for 150 no. bicycles; shower and changing facilities; ancillary waste storage areas; plant and storage rooms. The proposed building includes sustainable and renewable energy measures which includes PV panels on green roof on part of rooftop at sixth floor level.
