PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for a material alteration to the development at Nos. 24-25 Fenian Street (a Protected Structure; RPS no. 2738). The Aparthotel development currently under construction on the site is subject to a grant of planning permission previously given by Dublin City Council on 6th November 2018 (Planning Ref 2177/18).
