The scheme includes external terraces facing St Stephen's Green at 5th and 6th Floor levels. The existing 211 car spaces will reduce to 35 spaces, accommodated at basement level, accessed via Joshua Lane, with 6 additional car spaces provided for No.17 St. Stephens Green (with these accessed through an existing entrance on St. Stephens Green). 297 bicycle spaces will be provided, including 9 cargo bike spaces and 14 visitor spaces.
