Planning permission for development to include a 9sq.m single storey extension to rear, and associated internal alterations.

Permission is sought to construct single storey kitchen extension to rear.

The development will consist of the removal of the existing single storey garage and covered side passage to the side of the dwelling and the construction of a flat roof single storey extension to the rear and a pitched roof two storey extension to the side of the dwelling, 2 no. roof windows, for the widening of the existing vehicular entrance, hard and soft landscaping and for all associated works above and below ground.

Demolition of non-original extension to rear, construction of proposed single and two storey extension to rear, replacement of existing rooflights to original roof and new rooflight to existing return roof, new solar panels, proposed single storey garden room structure to rear of garden, new boundary wall treatment, modifications to opes and elevational treatment and all necessary associated site works and services.

The proposed development will consist of a) demolition of existing annex to side of existing dwelling; b) construction of new two storey three bedroom detached dwelling to side garden, with attic and rooflights; c) construction of new 3.5m vehicular entrance beside existing entrance; d) new 2.0m high garden walls to form new boundary between dwellings; e) minor alterations to side and rear fenestration on existing dwelling; and all associated site works.

RETENTION: Retention planning permission for roof window to front elevation and single storey extension to rear of existing house with ancillary works.
