Permission to amend part of previously approved reg ref (5145/22) previously described as single storey detached temporary accommodation unit to southeast of site of 200.39m2 to relocate Training & Education Services at Blackthorn Unit, Cherry Orchard Hospital Campus, Ballyfermot Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. Permission is now sought to provide for a permanent structure of similar layout and associated works in perpetuity.

Planning permission for the following development: 1) New single-storey detached temporary accommodation unit to southeast of site of 200.39m2, to relocate Training & Education Services. 2) Single storey extension (32.78m2) to northeast of Blackthorn unit includes alterations of elevations to suit revised layout for Daycare Service. 3) New single-storey external detached M&E plant room to southwest of site (59.98m2). 4) Fit solar panels to roof areas and associated works on all 3 buildings. 5) Alterations of parking/landscaped area to provide ambulance set down area and all associated site development works, services and landscaping.

Alterations to existing roof profile to include the removal of existing 'Dutch' hip roof; extension of existing gable wall and construction of a dormer window to the rear allowing for the conversion of the attic space to study.

Permission involving the change of use of a community education building to residential use (1 four-bed dwelling unit) including removal of external shutters from doors/windows, removal of polycarbonate roof to the rear, interior alterations including addition of an ensuite, removal of a sink and double doors, and reconfiguration of an existing bathroom, change of use of the rear studio building to office/gym use and all associated site works.

Conversion of existing attic space to non-habitable storage/office area with new revised roof profile (from half hipped roof to gable end roof) to both sides of roof, New Dormer Type Window to Rear, 2 rooflights to front elevation, with internal modification and associated site works

RETENTION: Permission for a detached single storey gym/office/storage shed to rear of existing house with ancillary works.
