Permission is being sought for

Permission for alterations and additions to an existing 2-storey semi-detached dwelling. The proposed development will comprise the demolition of an existing single storey and conservatory extension to the rear, together with the demolition of an existing 2-storey extension to the gable end of the original dwelling. The proposed works will include the construction of a new 2-storey & part single storey extension to the rear, the construction of a new single storey extension to the gable end incorporating a new side access to the rear garden, together with the conversion of the existing attic space, and modifications to the main entrance to the front elevation. The proposed works will also include the widening of the existing front entrance gates, and all ancillary site works, including connections to existing services.

Permission for works to existing semi-detached dwelling comprised of: construction of single storey garden room, incorporating wc, garden store and external barbeque area, to rear of rear garden; and all ancillary works; following on foot of previously granted Planning Permission Reg Ref D21A/1059

Permission for a domestic extension

Widening of the existing vehicular entrance from 2.8m to 3.2m while reinstating a new pier to match existing. The application includes the relocation of the front door from its current position on the right hand side to the existing bay at the centre of the front facade and installing a new window in the location of the original door with a raised cill as shown. It also includes a flat roof canopy with planters at the proposed front entrance door.

Permission to remove the existing rear extension (69.8sq.m) replaced with a new single storey extension (80.3sq.m) with green roof, rooflight, chimney permeable patio, planted boarders and boundaries. Modifications to the existing roof with south facing hipped gable, south facing gable window, new west facing rooflight and increased attic floor (3.875sq.m). Replacement of east facing windows at first floor and attic level. Works to include site works, drainage, external insulation modifications to the existing building to facilitate the works and to future proof the house.
