Construction of a single story extension 4.0m high with a tiled pitche

Permission is sought for the demolition of the conservatory.-The construction of single storey extensions on the north western and south western elevations with associated alterations to the roof profiles. Alterations to the existing fenestration on all elevations.-The relocation of an existing rooflight on the north eastern roof slope. New external insulation and coloured render throughout with associated roof vent tiles. The raising of the entrance piers and the installation of new gates at the vehicular entrance. A new timber pergola and associated site works. Retention permission is sought for a new pedestrian entrance in the boundary wall on the north western boundary.

The development will consist of demolition of single storey porch to front and conservatory to rear and erection of new single storey extension to front to accommodate new boot room, pantry and store, second single storey extension to rear to accommodate new sitting room, internal modifications and refurbishment of existing rooms, modifications to fenestration and external door opes on all elevations, new window and rooflight to ensuite, widening of existing vehicular access to 3250mm, new pedestrian gate to NW boundary and hard landscaping.

Retention Permission is sought by Mr. & Mrs. Cunningham for a concrete section of rear boundary wall that adjoins the "Old Tram Walk" plus the concrete buttress wall that supports this concrete wall and also for a triangular shaped portion of our side block boundary wall with our neighbour in "Woodview". Planning Permission is sought to change the existing single storey with pitched roof Home Office, Gym, & Boiler Room into a two storey flat roofed Home Office, Gym, Boiler Room & Garden Store and all ancillary site works. All finishes will match the existing structure all at San Pedro, Grey's Lane, Balkill Road, The Summit, Howth, Co. Dublin.

Permission for a new single storey kitchen extension to side, single storey porch to front and internal alterations all to ground floor and for retention of existing attic conversion to playroom and store with toilet and velux windows to each side all to existing bungalow.
