The construction of 2 no. dormer windows to the north side of the existing pitched roof and minor alterations.

New porch way to the side of the existing house, a new extended kitchen / living area at the ground floor level to the rear of the existing house, new roof over the existing converted garage, attic conversion including dormer windows and associated works.

The development consists of Permission for demolition of ancillary structures to the side and rear, new first floor window to the front, widening of existing dormer at first floor level to the North side, conversion of existing shed to use as utility room and shed, new thermal upgrades including external insulation, roof insulation, 2 no. new rooflights and all associated site works to the existing dwelling

The development will consist of the construction of a new garden shed and gym located in the back garden and all associated site works.

Demolition of the conservatory to the rear and construction of an extension to the rear, conversion of the garage and attic space, including 2 dormer windows, the widening of the vehicle access and all necessary site works.
