Planning permission is sought for the demolition of an existing single storey garage at rear and the construction of a two storey mews dwelling over a semi basement structure containing ancillary storage, service and utility uses, with landscaped setback /apron with a vehicular parking space to front and a landscaped garden court to rear with pergola, and with a water tank enclosure and solar panels to a green roof and for sundry works at boundary walls and to service and drainage connections.
