Planning permission for the construction of a single storey extension to the front of my dwelling, and all associated site works.

Permission for proposed single storey extension for Utility room circa 9.5 sq.m. with rooflights to side (west elevation) and rear of existing house and proposed attic extension circa 30 sq.m. to provide Family room and Library/home office to rear with dormer windows to rear (south elevation 9 no., west elevation 2 no.) and 2 no. rooflight to flat roof with balcony circa 11 sqm and new rooflight to front (north elevation) with raised roof ridge circa 0.54 m high to existing roof and ancillary siteworks.

Permission for the construction of one new detached dwelling, amendments to existing vehicle access lane, amendments to existing boundary walls, new boundary walls, soakaway, new utility connections and all associated site works.
