The development will consist of: 1. Roof windows to side/ridge of existing roof to allow attic conversion to non-habitable storage space with all associated ancillary works. 2. The works will consist of: 1: Alterations to the existing window openings to the front of the dwelling. The replacement of the pitch roof, on existing extension to rear, with a flat roof and canopy. Other refurbishment works include the replacement of windows and doors, external wall insulation, internal alterations, a new heating system, Pv panels to roof, 3 new rooflights and general repairs. 2: works include the removal of the existing shed to the side of the house to be replaced by a new 'garden room' / work from home space.
