The proposed development consists of the provision of a construction haul road (total length approx. 1,105m). The primary length of road extends eastwards from the eastern edge of the existing St. Marnocks Bay residential area (Phase 1A & 1B) turning south to connect with Moyne Road and is approx. 860m in length and 6.5m wide. Appropriate temporary landscaping generally required to facilitate the development, including erection of 1.5m high temporary post and rail boundary fencing pending construction of future residential development and permanent vehicular road. And all ancillary and associated site development, infrastructural, landscaping and boundary treatment works. The alignment of the construction haul road in accordance with the provisions set out in the Portmarnock South Local Area Plan 2013 (as extended).
