Demolition of the conservatory to the rear and construction of an extension to the rear, conversion of the garage and attic space, including 2 dormer windows, the widening of the vehicle access and all necessary site works.

The development will consist of the construction of a new garden shed and gym located in the back garden and all associated site works.
