(c) construction of 1.6-2-metre-high boundary walls, with the wall to the proposed development featuring a limestone sigh, and (d) installation of a 1.6-metre-high gate on each property boundary and a 1.6-metre-high pedestrian gate to the boundary of the subject development. (iv) Provision of foul sewage holding tank and pumping station, and (v) Landscaping, boundary treatments, SuDS drainage and all associated works necessary to facilitate development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and is included with the application.
