Permission sought for the proposed (1) demolition of existing single-storey side & rear elements, & the construction of a single-storey extension to rere & south-east side, (2) conversion of the existing attic for living accomodation, at first floor, incorporating the insertion of 2 no dormer windows, & of 3 no Velux rooflights, all to exisitng rere roof & (3) the widening of the existing vehicular entrance, to front.

(i) Alterations to the existing single-storey dwelling 'Dromintee' comprising: (a) partial demolition of ground floor level (61sq.m) with associated internal revisions; and, (b) conversion and extension of the existing attic floor level to provide habitable accommodation, with associated increase in roof height, removal of chimney, new rooflight to front, amendments to elevations and construction of 4 no. dormer windows on the southern elevation at roof level.
