Permission for a single-storey free standing c.5m tall substation (approximately 18m x 21m), within which will be enclosed; a medium voltage ring main unit room; a medium voltage switch gear distribution room; a communications room; a transformer room; a generator change over panel room; a generator room; a main distribution room; and an entrance lobby. The substation will be built on a new area of hardstanding consisting of approximately 1,600 sqm of pavement.
